I've been involved in the dental implant process for over a year. I've had procedures performed at three dental offices. All met my expectations, but I was especially impressed with the service of Dr. Braun's office. Dr. Braun, his dental assistants, his great office staff made for a most positive experience. THeir courtesy, respect, enthusiasm and communication were most appreciated. I felt the team valued me as a customer and human being. The phrases "gentle dental" and "pleasant dental" describe my thoughts to date.

What can I say. From the first impression of the beautiful unique surroundings and office decor, to the excellent care and customer oriented service offered by Dr. Braun and his staff, I could not be happier.

Overall, a very positive and professional experience for someone such as myself who was very apprehensive about periodontal dentistry. Following my initial consultation with Dr. Braun, my anxiety was alleviated and my concerns put to rest. I proceeded to undergo surgery and was made to feel extremely comfortable and confident of a positive outcome, as I was in such good hands.

Post operatively too, I received an extremely high level of care and attention to detail, not just from Dr. Braun, but from all his staff.

In the beginning I was skeptical and very nervous.  Everyone at the office was very helpful and tried very hard to put me at ease.  I also feel that all our questions were answered completely and honestly. 

My only regret is that I wasn’t able to do this sooner.  (That was only because of financial reasons.) 

Overall, my experience was far above my expectations.

Hats off to all of you!  You make a great team and from the beginning I was ultimately impressed.  Each and every one of you are not only professional but compassionate, upbeat, friendly, outgoing people that make an amazing team. 

From the time I walk through the door I feel the positive energy.  I never feel rushed as thought there is not enough time for me.  My time is very valuable to me, whose isn’t?  So, I appreciate the fact that I have never had to wait for an extended period of time.  In fact, it seems I just sit down, pick up a magazine and wham!  I’m in. What a great feeling that is.  Had I been left to sit there for an extended period of time I would start thinking of what I was about to go through or what else I could be doing during this time that would better suit me needs. 

Other than the fact that I have gum disease it’s been a great experience.  So great I almost forgot I have gum disease.

From our first step into your office, everything was WONDERFUL.  Dr. Braun was very informative to myself and 15 year old son.  The communication system they have was awesome!!  The girls at the front desk were very helpful and returned calls quickly with information that I asked about.  The office was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. 

The surgery went great.  He had no problems.  The nurse he had was great and I felt very comfortable with her.  Dr. Braun was very gentle and did great work.  That called to check up on my son and also sent a little note to him, which was very nice and took time out of their schedule! 

I would recommend Dr. Braun and staff to anyone.  Their professionalism is second to none, and as we all know dental experiences are not fun.  They made it very comfortable, and his rates can not be beat!

I enjoyed seeing Dr. Braun’s staff taking care of all the patients in a timely manner and in a clean and inviting office.  I like how everything was explained, like what was going to take place and the follow up procedures. 

I don’t think you should change a thing!  It is nice to be viewed as a patient with a name and not a number, and with a smile.
